1. General
By using maxxgym.si you accept these terms. The provider is MAXXGYM, fitnes center, d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 270, 1000 Ljubljana (reg. no. 8361789000, tax ID SI44056419).
2. Content and bookings
Prices, schedules and services are informative. Class bookings and memberships are confirmed by the club; email confirmation does not replace any on-site membership agreement.
3. Forms and communication
Forms (contact, BMI, bookings) are for legitimate enquiries. Abuse, spam or false data are not allowed.
4. Intellectual property
Logos, texts, photos and design are protected. Commercial copying without permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee complete schedules or slot availability. Training is at your own risk under club rules. BMI is informational and not medical advice.
